The Fine Print

Pet Drop-Off

We do our best to accommodate every client, so if you’re running late, please call and let our staff know. While we understand that life happens – traffic, weather, accidents, etcetera – if you’re late, your pet stylist is running late for the rest of their day, which impacts every client after you. For this reason, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled

When you bring your beloved pet in for an appointment, you will first check-in at the front desk. This is when you will give our staff any specifications on how you'd like your pet groomed, as well as any pertinent information, such as vaccinations, (ALL PETS MUST HAVE AN UP-TO-DATE RABIES VACCINE) or changes in medical history. If you have a very specific cut or pattern in mind for your fur-baby, we will have you speak directly to your groomer to ensure the best possible outcome. 

Appointment 

Once check-in is complete, your pet will be taken back to our kennel room, where they will be placed in their own kennel. Their name will be written on the attached kennel cubby and their belongings will be stored in it for safe keeping while they receive their services. They will spend a short time in their kennel, making friends with our other furry guests until it is their turn in the bath house. 

Whether your pet is here for a Full-Groom, Spot Trim, or a Bath & Nail, they will receive a full bath, brush, and blow-out. This is an important step in their visit, as it readies them for the grooming table. After their time in the bath house is complete, they will head out to the grooming room, where they will receive the rest of their services, before returning to their kennel to wait for pick-up.

Please expect your pet to be with us for around 2-3 hours. It could be more or less, depending on any add-on services, but that is the average time. When your animal's services are complete, your groomer will call to let you know you can come pick them up.

Pet Pick-Up

Your pet should be picked up within 30 minutes from the time you receive the call from your groomer letting you know your animal is complete. If you are not able to pick up within that time, please let your groomer know. All animals should be picked up from the grooming shop by 5:00pm, at the latest, as this is when the shop closes. If your animal is not picked up by 5:00pm, you will be charged $1 a minute past 5:00pm.

Please note that if your groomer calls you after 4:30pm, you will have 30 minutes from that time to pick up your pet, even if it means your pick-up time will be after 5:00pm and you will not be charged any late fees.

Reschedules, Cancellations, and No-Shows

We understand that life happens, but we require that you give us at least a 24-hour notice for reschedules and cancellations. In the case of an emergency, please call us as soon as you are able. A same day cancellation or reschedule will result in a $20 fee being added to your account.

If you No-Call, No-Show for an appointment, a $40 fee will be added to your account, as this takes a 2-hour time block from your pet stylist, resulting in the inability to service another client and the loss of valuable income for your pet stylist.
