Our Story

Pawsitively Perfect Grooming & Self Bathe opened on December 14th, 2015. What started with just one groomer and a small, leased space has grown to a team of ten and a large building of our very own. We continue to be a family-owned and operated business, with a commitment to quality and caring. Our Pet First ideology, along with our incredible team have helped us to grow into one of Dayton’s top pet grooming salons. We can’t wait to meet you and your pets!

Meet Our Team

Adrian — Dayton, OH — Pawsitively Perfect

Adrian—Owner/Pet Stylist

Owner and Lead Pet Stylist, Adrian, is affectionately referred to as The Dog Whisperer, in our shop. He has been grooming for several years and has a proven track record of being able to calm even the naughtiest pup. His specialties include large breeds, “problem children”, and elderly dogs. Some of his favorite furry friends are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Maltese, and Labrador Retrievers.

Becky — Dayton, OH — Pawsitively Perfect

Becky—Owner/Pet Stylist

Owner, Becky, has over 24 years of grooming experience, culminating in a confident, creative, and artistic Pet Stylist. Her vast expertise includes, but is not limited to, hair coloring, Asian fusion styles, and poodle cuts. While she does groom dogs of all life stages, she has a special place in her heart for our elderly furry friends, as well as pups with special needs. Becky is now primarily working from her home shop.

Meg— Owner/COO

Owner and Chief Operating Officer, Meg, has many years of experience in business, marketing, and organizational leadership, as well as team development. While Meg is still involved in the business, she is currently working off-site. If you are lucky enough to spot her at the shop, don't forget to say hello!

Carley — Dayton, OH — Pawsitively Perfect

Caity—Manager

Caity has several years of experience in grooming and knows what it takes to run a successful pet grooming business. She is a kind, animal lover with a robust skillset in both pet styling and customer service. You will often see Caity at the front desk or assisting owner, Adrian, with the day-to-day running of the shop. She will treat both you and your pets with kindness, love and respect!

Amber — Dayton, OH — Pawsitively Perfect

Amber—Pet Stylist/ Trainer

Your furry family members will be in great hands with Amber. Her 24 years of grooming experience has resulted in a very calm and patient Pet Stylist, with spectacular handling skills. Amber’s expertise lies in not only making your dog(s) look good, while keeping them at ease, but also in building relationships with her clients. After just a couple of visits with Amber and her sparkling personality, you’ll feel just like family.

Angel — Dayton, OH — Pawsitively Perfect

Angel—Pet Stylist

Animal lover, Angel, has experience, not just in dog grooming, but in the customer experience as well. It is her mission to make each dog comfortable and happy, while also meeting her client’s expectations. Your pup will have a true spa day, with Angel’s calm, patient, and attentive grooming style.

Kristen — Dayton, OH — Pawsitively Perfect

Ashly - Pet Stylist

Ashly’s love for her career as a Pet Stylist began when she was hired as a pet bather over 8 years ago. She immediately set a goal to become a Pet Stylist, because of her love and passion for working with animals. Ashly loves working with and training puppies, so that they enjoy coming to the salon to get pampered. She finds this very rewarding. Her favorite breed to work with is poodles because she can do so many different fun styles with their coats. She also enjoys going that extra mile with her furry clients, by providing them with a one-of-a-kind look, by coloring their coats!raph

Brittany — Dayton, OH — Pawsitively Perfect

Brittany—Pet Stylist

With over 11 years of grooming experience, Brittany certainly knows her way around the grooming table. Her warmth and kindness are sure to calm even the naughtiest of pups. She wields her scissors with precision and confidence, ensuring that every single pet leaves looking and feeling their best!

Charity— Pet Stylist

If you’re looking for a pet stylist who works with dogs, as well as cats and other furry critters, look no further than Charity. She has over 10 years of experience in pet grooming and truly loves all animals. She is a fun, energetic and detail-oriented groomer, who will add flair to your pet!

Gretchen — Pet Stylist

Gretchen will make your furry friend feel right at home. She treats each and every animal that graces her grooming table with love and respect. Gretchen began her journey as a stylist by grooming her own standard poodle. Her skill set has grown exponentially and we couldn't be more proud to have her on our team. You can't go wrong with Gretchen.
